A little bit about me

I am searching for a part-time nanny position starting October 2025. I am currently working 45 hours a week as a nanny for a 17-month-old girl. As a nanny, I value creating a supportive, play-based environment for kids to learn and grow. I have experience with a wide age range but have concentrated on 2 months to 5 years of age as a nanny and camp counselor.

I graduated from Dickinson College with a BS in Neuroscience in 2022. From there, I worked in a child development lab at the University of Maryland where I focused on brain development of 3-9-month-olds.

After my time in the lab and working as a physical therapy aide, I am looking to put research into practice to help children reach developmental milestones as a physical therapist. I am looking to continue nannying in NYC as I prepare to apply to physical therapy school. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to chat!

I am a freshman at FIT and have a variety of experience working with kids!

Some examples are regular babysitting of all ages, working as a counselor at my sleepaway summer camp, and working with kids that have special needs. I am CPR, first aid and Red Cross lifeguard certified.

I am looking for a family that I can help out part-time and my schedule is pretty flexible around classes. Varies day to day.

A little bit about me

My name is Delia, and I am a college student looking for a temporary change of pace. I am not looking to be a forever nanny as I would like to return to school after a year off or so. I have been watching children for as long as I have been able and have found a lot of joy through it. My first job was as a nanny, and I genuinely loved the experience. I love music, politics, hiking, to do lists, and trying new foods! I am comfortable watching children of any age and am looking for a family that enjoys spending time together and especially out of doors! Feel free to message if you are interested in chatting. :)
