A little bit about me

As a stay at home mother of two now adult children I was involved in childcare in many ways throughout their school years. As they grew older I started nannying part time until my financial situation changed. I thought I needed a new career and became a real estate agent, I quickly realized this was not the path for me.

I found a fabulous family I have loved working with for the last five years.
As my families needs have changed, so has my nanny families, with all these changes I am looking to move north to be closer to extended family.

I have always enjoyed working with children. I started as a child myself babysitting at the age of 13.
After having my own kids and feeling called to being with them I would have after school childcare in our home, worked in the gym’s childcare, at our church as the K-5 children’s program facilitator, to a professional full time nanny .
I look forward to my next nanny family adventure.

A little bit about me

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me.

I am a calm natured, gentle and dependable nanny with about 4 years of experience caring for little ones as young as 10 weeks. Along with working as a nanny, I have also worked as a Preschool Teacher. I'm experienced and comfortable with attuning to infant cues, providing developmentally appropriate opportunities for play and learning, and establishing firm and loving boundaries. Proficient in communicating with children at different developmental stages.

In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors, sewing, and hanging with my family. I am also able to do housekeeping and other chores around the home, as well as helping with tutoring, learning activities and more! With all my skills and experience I am able to provide a supervised, safe, and stable environment for your little ones. I look forward to hearing from you!
