A little bit about me

Hi family’s! I am Julia, I recently moved to Washington. I’m a certified assistant childcare teacher, Ive volunteered at a Montessori hands-on learning center where I worked with preschoolers and arranged activities and crafts and learned a lot about hands on learning. Ive babysat children ages 4 months-12 yrs old. Ask me for my resume!

UPDATE 09/01 : I’ve been working in WA for a year now! I’ve enjoyed every minute of it! This year I worked with a 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. Every day we did sight words, math, reading 1st grade level, did science experiments and crafts. We would teach his sister colors, new words, animal sounds, hands on puzzles and sorting and learning to pick up toys. I’ve had an amazing experience this year in WA and I’m so thankful to have worked with a great family.

UPDATE:11/22 Ive moved to the east coast! Looking for jobs in Washington DC! FULLY VAX and CPR & FIRST AID certified.

A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Stella! I’m a recent graduate of the University of Rochester, studying English and Theatre, and I’m now located in NYC.

I have over 8 years of both babysitting and nannying experience, working with children as young as 4 months, all the way up to 15 years old.

I have 4 years of tutoring experience, particularly in reading and writing, but I’m happy to support any educational needs. I’ve worked in high school settings teaching theatre workshops, so I am eager to play, tell stories, and do art with your kids.

I also spent two summers in Texas working as a summer camp counselor, where I was responsible for large groups of children in the wilderness, teaching outdoor activities and safety. My most positive feedback I received from this experience was that I have the patience and enthusiasm to handle anything— a skill I would love to bring to your home!

I’m looking forward to being of service however I can to your family!
