A little bit about me

Hello, my names jerusha brown. I have worked in childcare for about 5 years. I love children and grew up with 5 siblings. I have babysat family friends and relatives for as long as I can remember. I have also babysat for a family for almost 3 years. I am very good with children of all ages. A typical day would be playing some games inside or outside, having a meal, helping with homework or doing an activity. I would love to meet up with you to discuss your child’s needs and wants!

A little bit about me

I’ve been doing childcare professionally since 2019. I have a toddler daughter who who accompanies me to work. We do no screen time and we would like to work for a family that also has a minimal/no screen time philosophy when I am with their kids. I drive and the back seat of my car has space for three car seats. I am able to take care of a total of three children, in addition to my daughter.
At this time I’m only available for occasional care, but I’m not looking to establish regular consistent hours with a family since I already have regular childcare clients.
I’m a certified Go Diaper Free coach and I offer parents support with potty training and elimination communication. My Go Diaper Free coach services remain separate from my childcare services unless requested.

A little bit about me

I am a nanny who focuses on nature, environmental and educational play, and limited screen time. I am more than happy to do housework and meal prep while caring for your little ones. My only short coming is that I do need to bring my own toddler son with me. He is very friendly and socialized since I have brought him to work with me since his birth.

A little bit about me

I bring patience, empathy, and love to every family I work with. I enjoy supporting children’s growth by engaging them in hands-on activities that build their fine motor, gross motor, and cognitive skills while keeping learning fun. One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is forming meaningful relationships with both the children and their families, and I truly value the opportunity to watch children grow into their own unique selves. My goal is always to provide consistent love, compassion, and care, while continuously finding ways to strengthen my connection with the families I support.

A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Emery! I started working with kids as a mother’s helper at age 12, caring for a 2-year-old. Since then, I have babysat children ranging in age from 6 months to pre-teen for various families. Over the past eight years, I’ve gained experience caring for up to four children at once and creating age-appropriate environments tailored to each child's needs. Additionally, for the past three years, I have coached tennis for kids ages 4 to 15, which has helped me develop stronger communication and problem-solving skills when working with children. I love watching and encouraging kids' growth and take pride in providing a safe space where children of all ages are cared for with kindness, reliability, and love.
I am an incoming Junior at the University of Oregon, majoring in Family and Human Services with minors in Spanish and Global Studies. I will be in Eugene from early September through the school year and am looking for a family to connect with!

Recent reference

"Emery has worked with us for many years off and on. She is a great babysitter! Very responsible and trustworthy but also fun and engaging. My son loves playing Uno with Emery as well as building LEGO and setting up battles with his "army guys." She is also great at getting him outside and once drew a super long hopscotch in our driveway that he still talks about. They also watch movies together and she stays engaged with him. I have actually known Emery since she was about nine years old (maybe younger?) and she's always been a great kid. It's been a pleasure to keep in touch with her even when she is away at college or not in our area. Any time she is back in the area we schedule time for her to hang out with my son - who actually doesn't need a babysitter anymore but just considers her a family friend at this point. I am happy to give Emery a glowing review and I know she has extensive experience with babies and toddlers as well."
