A little bit about me…

I don't really enjoy seeing kids glued to the t.v. all day. Getting the kids to run outside works much better for me. I've taken walks with kids and that was enjoyable for everyone. There was always something to see and it helps us communicate. Simply sitting inside and playing with toys or reading is something I enjoy. I like to always do something and be active. I enjoy cooking but I absolutely love baking. My favorite sport is volleyball and swimming. I love to just curl up with a really good book. I'm an active member in church and have led Sunday School services. There were always crafts involved and it helped the children learn with hands on experiences. I like to spend time with my younger siblings and doing things like cooking together. I'd let them do simple things such as measuring the ingredients or counting out a certain amount of eggs needed. Anything they're able to do, I let them. We have worked on scrapbooks together and made recipe books. I would take them out to go swimming and we would play games in the water and just have a good time. I went on a mission trip to Mexico for the orphanage and spent a lot of time with kids of all ages just doing simple things like throwing the ball around, singing, or just talking. That was the greatest experience of my life and really touching to see how they lived and how much it means to be cared for. One of my other favorite thing to do is go shopping. I spend a lot of time on my feet and even enjoy jogging with my younger sisters. I love going to the beach as well. I like being around my family and having good conversations that would last a long time.
