A little bit about me
Having nannied for the past three years, I’ve found that working with children is yet another passion of mine . I have lots of experience gathered over the years working with children ages 0-11 years old.
I have gotten most of my experience working in my churches nursery. Tasks here would include feeding , changing diapers, and managing children ages 0-4. Within my church I also babysat (ages 5-13) children for about two years during the womens group meetings.
In a non-church setting I have babysat for 1 family of 3 (children ages 1, 3, and 5) and throughout this school year I have been a teachers assistant for third grade children (some with learning disabilities).
I would love to learn and grow with your children helping to enrich their growing minds !

A little bit about me
My name is Loretta Lowman and I am super excited to connect with you. I have always wanted to work with children, ever since I was a little girl. I set that goal for myself early in life. I worked as a special education teacher for 5 years in MD and PA. I also worked as a general education teacher for 1 year in the state of PA. I have a degree in Special Education (B.S) and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I am a certified reading specialist in the state of NJ.
My dream for all children is for them to have access to quality education no matter their zip code. I believe children should have the freedom to learn and explore without limitations. Learning is fun and when children have a growth mindset anything is possible.
