A little bit about us

Hi! PLEASE ONLY REACH OUT IF THE LOCATION / TIMES / RATE WORK FOR YOU. PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY. I live in the Castro near lots of public transportation. I'm looking for a nanny from 9am - 1pm on M-F for help with my 18 month old daughter in my house. Possibility for some evening or weekend hours if you'd be interested.

I'm looking for someone who will *play with her
*look out for her development (sing/ read with her etc)
*prepare her meals
*do light housework when she's asleep
*put her down for naps
*look out for her safety and wellbeing

I'd like someone who is open to taking direction for what has worked well with my daughter, but ideally has experience with babies her age and can come with some expertise to share.

I believe more in the baby-led (REI / Montessori) style of child raising and would like someone who is on board with that.

I live in a one bedroom (the baby and I share the room) and am working from home. So there needs to be some flexibility. I mostly try to stay in my room and out of the way, so the toys and kitchen and bathroom are available for you and baby, however it seems like the best to spend much of the day at the playground- we have multiple playgrounds nearby.

I have a friendly cat in the house.
