We need a nanny for our 3 children in Oxnard Riverpark. And we're looking now to start mid/late august!
Children are energetic and creative. They need someone to match their energy-- someone who will engage with them in creative and imaginative play. Create and build things, take on projects, run around, go to the park around the corner, and generally keep them engaged. Also looking for someone to help around the house, help teach them rules like cleaning, putting dish in the sink, etc. So a combination of playful and also boundary-setting and structured if possible.
Both girls are strong-willed.

We are a warm and active family with four children, ages 7, 5, 3, and a newborn, looking for a reliable, kind, and engaging nanny to become part of our weekly routine. Our older three are potty trained, playful, and full of energy. We’re seeking someone who can supervise playtime, assist with light meal prep and clean-up, and help with everyday routines. A big plus would be someone who’s open to occasionally joining us on local outings to parks and beaches. Currently, we need care on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and one additional evening each week (Sundays would be ideal) and is willing to do adhoc work when needed. We also need morning care for our 2-month-old on Wednesdays (730/8 AM- 1130/12), with plans to expand to three weekday mornings starting in August. We’re looking for someone dependable, experienced with multiple age groups (including infants), and open to a set schedule with some flexibility for occasional additional days. Baby’s name is Emery Sage she is currently 2 months old. She is a very alert baby and for her young age loves to be up and looking at her surroundings. She does cry a bit so must be very patient with her also she does not like being laid on her back for long periods of time. Overall she is very loving, silly, talkative baby girl in which you will grow to love her gummy smile. I work for an insurance Brokers office Monday through Friday 9am through 6pm. So I need a full time nanny. Duties would be feeding baby, change diapers for the most part as she is still very little and entertaining my little one as she is a very alert baby that loves to be moving, likes tummy time, interacting, and loves the outdoors. She loves attention so if you sit her up or stand her up and talk to her she would have the time of her life having a full blown conversation with you.
