My husband and I are expecting our daughter in mid July. She is our first. We're both taking parental leave so we're looking to hire a full-time nanny to be with us starting in October -- probably a week or two of overlap while we're still home so we can all get acclimated to each other.
My husband and I both work from home but also have out of the home offices that we can go to as much or as little as we need to.
