Looking for a nanny for twins! They turn one in May and are just starting to learn to walk. I mostly work from home but need someone to care for the twins while I'm on calls. Hours can be flexible, but need a minimum of 30 hours of care per week, Monday through Friday, 40 hours preferred! Our current nanny gave notice she's moving out of town at the end of May so looking to replace her with a smooth transition for the babies.
The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, potentially occasional early morning or into the evenings with notice. While working they will be be able to devote their attention to my girls. Non smoking household, but I have three dogs of various sizes. Other duties would be keeping track of the baby toys and washing baby bottles.
This is a full time position with a W2 come year's end. Side note, my husband and I go through child care aware of America military fee assistance, and that program requires some trainings/certificates. Any applicant hired will have 90 days from their start date to complete them all and they are all paid time. You are free to use our vehicles as needed if we're not using them. We live in a very beautiful city with mountains, hiking, beautiful parks and wildlife. We are part of a big Catholic community. If you are Catholic, that's a plus but not required.
Love and patience are required. The boys are interested in reading, coloring, playing outside, riding their scooters, legos, make believe, animals and football. They are really high energy so some outdoor time would be needed on most days. They are obedient and we parent in a gentle but traditional style (meaning they will be required to treat you with respect and obedience). We can't wait to meet you!
