Need Thursdays and Fridays. Pet friendly and light housework/organizing when feasible , as well as meal prep. Just need someone to live on my kids while setting appropriate boundaries. We do limited screentime and really prefer someone who can meld with our family and help with whatever needed (like if I'm holding baby during a break or before I leave, helping prepare lunch or put toys away). Oh and pictures of the kids always help too since I miss them when fine. Help with potty training and being able to pretend play are also helpful.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nanny/family assistant to provide support and care for a single mom and her two boys, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. The nanny/family assistant will be responsible for ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and engagement in daily activities. In addition to childcare, light housework duties will be required to maintain a clean and organized home environment. The candidate must have their own vehicle for transportation needs. It is also essential for the nanny/family assistant to be comfortable around and have a love for animals, as we have a dog as part of our family. The ideal candidate should be patient, understanding, and have experience working with children with special needs. Supporting the single mom in managing household tasks and providing occasional assistance with errands may also be required. Looking for a nanny to care for our 4-year-old twins and 1-year-old for 20-25 hours/week. Ideally we'd like someone to start each day around 9:30 and work for about 4 hours. However, we are flexible on exact hours each day as long as it is consistent from week to week. We want someone energetic, engaging, and patient, who has at least 4 years experience with the toddler/preschooler ages (early childhood development education accepted in lieu of work experience). If you enjoy pretending sofas are pirate ships or the floor is hot lava, like going to playgrounds and pretending to cook delicious dinners out of snow, enjoy art projects and sensory bins, and, most importantly, love the toddler/preschooler age specifically, we'd love to talk with you!

We are needing a live in, full-time nanny for our 4 children. 2 go to school during the day so you would only be watching all 4 weekends and after school mostly. We are basically looking for someone to become a new member of our family. We will cover food, housing and utilities. You will have a very nice room with a walk in closet in a 3500 sq. ft. house in a nice, quiet neighborhood with your very own kitchen, fridge and bathroom in the converted walk out basement shared only by the kids so you get some privacy as well. House is located by several parks, walking trails and tons of great restaurants. Light housekeeping only, mostly just keeping the kids cleaning their own messes and helping out when they can't. Cooking skills are a plus since the children's mother is not the best cook. (don't tell her I said that) Prefer someone who likes to take all 4 of the kids on outdoor outings like park visits or visits to Skyzone to get out all their energy in a positive way. This is a long term commitment since our kids will more than likely become very attached to you. Our oldest is autistic but is verbal and higher functioning. She just needs some direction to keep her on task.
We have 2 cats and a dog so pet tolerant is a plus. The cats have an automated cat box that cleans itself and only has to be emptied and a bag replaced once every 5 days and a little bit of new cat sand added. Takes about 1 minute total. Probably the hardest chore we have around the house!
