Really we’re just looking for someone to be a team player and who is looking for a long term position. We are also open to hiring someone 12pm-7pm for the right person who wants more part time. Responsibilities would include childcare and some light housekeeping. For the full time candidate - the two older boys are in school most of the day, so a lot of time would be spent with just the baby. Ideally we want someone willing to live in but we are open to live out for the right person. I’m home with the kids so we really value a teamwork approach - the right person will be proactive in jumping in where they’re needed to support the children and family.
