Hello! We have two daughters, 5/3. The oldest has special needs and is non-verbal with motor skill and developmental challenges, but very social, sweet and capable. Our youngest is a pistol! Smart, energetic, strong willed. We are looking for someone who can spend 20-30 hours a week helping with school pick-up/drop-off, play time, helping with house upkeep, and giving mom & dad time to focus on other family needs. It is important that this person become "part of the family", and we are open to a full-time/live-in situation with the right fit. You will find our family to be very open, friendly, welcoming and busy. FYI - we have local grandparents, but don't want the grandkids to be their "job" - we want them to enjoy. They will be around to participate at times.
