A little bit about us

Hello!

We are the Ron family. My husband and I just had a baby girl 11/27 and we are looking for a nanny to start when we both have to return to work (around Feb 1). We also have a mini schnauzer named Oscar who is very friendly and does not require much care other than to be let outside for potty breaks. We live in the Brookhaven/North Druid Hills area.

Ideal schedule would be 7:30a-5:30p Monday-Friday (although the evening relief time could be earlier depending on my work schedule that day). Bottle feeding, changing, washing/sanitizing bottles, keeping baby areas tidy, play during wake windows, and watching our dog would be the expected duties.

Looking for a long-term nanny for my 4 year old daughter. I work full-time and she is in school during the day. Looking for someone for 3 hours each on Wed/Th to pick-up from school and do swimming/gymnastics, as well as 5-7 hours each on Saturday and Sunday (flexible).

I also travel for work and/or vacation occasionally and would like someone with the flexibility to do overnights while I travel. I would provide 2 weeks notice of travel.

Spanish speaking a plus as she is in a language immersion school. Located near Chastain Park.

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Atlanta, GA

After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
  • What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
  • How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?

In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them. If you decide after this interview that you would like to continue, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract.
