I have a 3. 5 yr old who will need a back up care for one weekend (10 am-4 pm) in September. The main responsibility is to supervise all aspects of safety and engaging fun activities with him. No meal prep or chores are needed except tidying up the play area after playing. His grandmother will be present and prepare his lunch/snack. I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. She's your regular curious 8mth old, who loves to observe. She needs reading, narrative play, age appropriate activities, and lots of floor time to explore-- encouraging her development. She enjoys going on walks in the stroller, and we're in a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks.
Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
Most weeks will be Tues - Friday, but some Mondays are an option, to get to a full 40 hours a week, if that's important for you. I also have an occasional work trip once a quarter, so some flexibility on start times for that one week would be appreciated. We will be using Poppins Payroll and our Nanny will be a W2 employee.
