• November-December 2026– Mostly full-time. Part-time (mornings) for 3 weeks while in-laws are visiting
• starting from Jan 2027– Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9–5 (~30+ hrs/week). We work from home and are around to support. Might do a few daycare hours/week for socialization.
My family visits throughout the year and helps when they can.
We’d love someone experienced with toddlers—possibly retired and looking for a meaningful part-time or full-time role.
