Must have/know: Cameras in use throughout the home and will be checked periodically throughout the day. 2 large fluffy dogs, sweet and loving.
Winston has reflux and spits up occasionally now, he is medicated so it’s rare. Can get gassy due to reflux from time to time but soothes well with gas drops.
Currently working on more independent sleep and play but he has a hard time if you’re not in his sight- no this doesn’t mean you have to hold him all day. He enjoys his floor time and sit up chairs as well as his high chair.
We’ve been told he would benefit from a 1 on 1 caregiver right now so if you feel you would be interested in caring for our little dude, please message me so we can arrange a time to talk. We’re looking for someone to start immediately but that doesn’t mean we will settle, we are looking for the right fit for everyone, Winston, us and the nanny- we want this to be a long term thing.
Preferred CPR certified or be willing to obtain (at our cost), willing to be interactive with the baby and aid in working towards milestones. Light housekeeping- as in cleaning up from the days care (bottles, tidying, etc)

What I need is someone who can pick them up and drop them at school in the mornings, pick them up from afterschool, snacks, walk dog etc.
They are pretty self sufficient but it’s the pick ups and drop offs. Also dropping them at boys scouts and sports practices (I’ll pick up).
