I have a 12 month old. This will be a part time job as I go into the office 2-3 days a week at most. I am also looking for some evenings, but will never be an overnight/or extremely late. Must be okay with dogs. I would ultimately be looking for someone who can do meals, put him down for a nap, be able to have playtime and even go for walks in the park, etc. Someone who is reliable and has experience. Patience and kindness is ultimately the qualities I would like this person to have. The more experience the better. I really just want to be able to find someone I can really trust with my son. My husband works from home, so he may be home during some of the times.
