A little bit about us

We are moving to Cinci in the coming months and are looking for a part time nanny to help us with our 6 month old baby. She is truly a dream and is sweet as can be. Schedule would be part time, about 25 hours a week. Mom works from home but has been a nanny in the past and understands the importance of healthy boundaries. We really need someone who can keep open lines of communication and is flexible to our requests as our baby changes, grows, and develops. Experience with infants is a must. Light housekeeping preferred. We have a small French bulldog, so comfort around dogs is also a must. We are a warm, loving, and empathetic family who loves to spend time outside and keep things as low key as possible. Structure is really important to us now that we have a baby, but we want to always keep room for spontaneity too! We are really seeking someone who aligns with our values and is open to change and flexibility on the job. Ideally, there is a natural connection and our nanny can spend time with our family long term.

I have three children (8, 6, and 4). They love imaginative play, legos, dress up, and performing arts. They love listening to music and playing hockey. I am looking for someone to babysit consistently on Wednesdays from 9 -12:30, with the potential for other days as well. Must have reliable transportation. We have been extremely careful with social distancing protocols and are looking for someone who is the same way. If this is something that works for you and that you are interested in, please send me a message! Thanks

A little bit about us

We are looking for a kind, patient, and reliable caregiver for a loving 23-year-old male with developmental disabilities. He is nonverbal and functions at an early childhood developmental level. He is mobile but may occasionally need assistance with walking or transitions.
Daily responsibilities include helping with personal care such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing companionship and engaging activities. He loves going on outings to parks, aquariums, and museums, so a caregiver who enjoys being active and out in the community would be a great match.
Our ideal caregiver is compassionate, attentive, and enjoys creating a safe, structured, and happy environment.

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Cincinnati, OH

After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
  • What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
  • How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?

In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them.
