Hi - we are expecting our first baby boy in April and are looking for a part time nanny. I am trying to figure out what my work schedule will look like once I'm off maternity leave, but want to get ahead of things and start searching for a nanny. We would expect around 20 hours a week monday-friday and want someone who will keep him at our house. We'd like someone who is infant CPR certified.

We are a Christian family that consists of 3 energetic boys ages 2, 7, and 13. I am a single mom that moved to Nashville last year for a better life and work mostly from home, except for occasional business meetings in the city.
We love crafts, music, playing instruments, the outdoors, and snacks!
Our property is on an acre of greenery with a hammock, a garden and firepits for the cold weather days. We have a music room with a piano and guitar for any fellow music lovers.
My youngest is here full time. He is on the spectrum and has a very special personality.
Any activity that includes jumping, water or throwing balls is our favorite. Hours will vary but mostly a schedule of 8-4pm, with naptime being between 12-2. Flexibility is greatly appreciated but we are in the process of figuring out best routine and accommodations for him.
My older boys are here on and off for the summer but won’t require care outside of school breaks during the school year.

Our son is almost 16 months old and is really independent! He’s a great sleeper - only naps once a day typically 12-2:30. He’s also a good eater - we did baby led weaning and occasionally he just doesn’t want to eat much of the meal, but usually eats really well! We have multiple play areas in our house toys/games and our front porch is large w/ outdoor toys and a water table. We have a nice front yard area where you can play in a little beach tent and have options for baby pool and sprinkler on hot days! We also live right next to Charlotte park where there’s a playground our son loves and he also loves to just walk around or play on the basketball court. With a safe driver and once we are comfortable - we are open to letting you drive our car with our son to the library for story time or other fun activities nearby!
