We are a loving family looking for a kind, attentive, and engaging full-time nanny to care for our 12 month-old boy. We’re hoping to find someone who is not only experienced with this age but also genuinely enjoys supporting their early growth and day-to-day development.
📌 Position Details:
• Schedule: 35–40 hours per week (consistent daytime hours; exact schedule can be discussed)
• Start Date: ASAP / flexible
• Location: Friendswood
💙 About the Role: We’re looking for someone who:
• Is warm, patient, and nurturing
• Provides age-appropriate developmental activities and helps support milestones
• Communicates regularly throughout the day (updates, photos, notes on feedings/naps/milestones)
• Is attentive to routines, safety, and our family's caregiving preferences
• Has 3+ years of experience caring for infants
• Can provide strong referencesfrom past families
• Is CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
• Is open to a background check
🧺 Responsibilities Include:
• Daily care, feeding, and soothing
• Engagjng with current milestones, active play, and other developmental activities
• Tracking naps, feedings, and diaper changes
• Small Baby-related tidying (bottles, toys, baby laundry)
