I want to be clear in that I am a midwife. This means an unreliable schedule. MUST be flexible. You MUST understand what it is to work with a family who has ADHD & Autism (Non Violent). No other children will be allowed to come to the home, including infants. Typically Mon-Thurs starting at 8am sharp mostly till 4:30-6, but i can be later . On fridays till 2:30pm in the fall and spring. Timeliness is key ! A vehicle is a must and NOT negotiable. There is a 11 year old boy, 8 year old boy and 5 year old girl. My youngest is Autistic Level 2 and struggles some with emotions and communications. But for the most part is quite amazing! We are a Christian & Holistic Home. Maintain the home in order and tidy. Which includes laundry, putting laundry away, vacuuming , dishes and such. This includes the bedrooms. I hire someone for deep cleaning projects. Meals cooked for dinner (gluten free) and ensure that the children have breakfast and lunch (simple is fine for the morning meals). Homeschooling. We use a specific program online (BJU online) which include video teachers, preprogrammed lesson plan and more. It makes it pretty easy. The children have excellent grades, mostly A's. 11yo typically gets done by 10am. 8yo has good days and bad , which means he may drag his school work a bit and needs redirection. He does have A's as well. 5yo only has an hour of school.The nanny must be able to take the children to the various pre scheduled therapy appts and counseling appts. I handle medical .
I will provide a credit card . This is to help cover gas, and any expenses the children will have. I want them to be engaged. I want them to be able to go to the library, museums, parks, and any ideas that the nanny might suggest i am open to.
They boys will be starting sports this fall, two days a week.
I am being extra clear so that there are no misunderstandings as to what this job entails. Not a short term position. Stability is key. Our original nanny was with us for 4 years.

Appreciation for things that are “ Geeky” is helpful as Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter and military history are popular topics. Take kids to/from school. Help with homework and get kids to some after sports, theatre and music lessons). Kids are older and do have some weekly/daily chores and other responsibilities that need monitoring. Occasional dinner prep may be needed. Work schedule includes every other weekend with some weekdays off. Weekends may include taking the boys on an outing and/or to church (you don’t have to stay-just make sure they go).
