Flexibility with schedule. I have no current work schedule. Leave as needed. Can pay a base retainer if needed. May work it all. May work it none. Hours will most likely be from 7-7:30/8. Still working on scheduling. Weekends may be needed in some cases. House is well maintained and there are plenty of activities. Meals, etc. if you are looking for a full time nanny job and potentially a place to get away day and night. A place to stay. It is a good option. Scheduling can be a headache. But if you are willing to stay rent free and get paid. It can benefit both parties.
