Bi-weekly basis. My 3 year old daughter lives with me on a 50/50 custody arrangement with a high possibility of that increasing in the next few months. She is very shy and timid. I am actively working on socializing and introducing her to different people around our neighborhood. She speaks English and Spanish very well and can understand both languages. She is adjusting to our recent divorce. I raised her from birth in 2020 to earlier this year, ex-wife worked and I stayed home and did school. She is very attached to me and I would like someone to continue her socialization development. Mostly need afternoons/evenings help during the week and possibly mornings during the weekends. I am studying for on the job certifications and require study times. I will be present, in the office but I will be hands off. Most of the time I have meals prepped and clothes washed and cleaned, but sometimes with my work schedule I can foresee that being another reason why I am looking to hire a nanny.
Sophie is great at communicating her needs and is very playful once she feels comfortable. I am the only person she opens up to and would like help in her emotional/social development.

My baby is almost 1yrs old, he is needing some activities to do to help him learn, he has been sick for months and was in and out of the hospital since January of 2021. He has a weak immune system and gets sick easily so I would love someone who can make sure they are staying clean and cleaning up after him. He was needed to be taken out of daycare, doctors orders, so I need someone ASAP, don't have a lot of people or family to watch him. I don't want to keep missing days at work. I will need somone at 6am-4pm my work schedule is Tuesda-Friday 7am-3:30pm so he will need someone to watch him during that time. There are times I will pick up shifts due to going through a hard time trying to work a much as possible. Please let me know if you have questions., I will be glad to go more in depth on his care.

I have a 2.5yr old son named Omar. He goes to a preschool that gets out between 3-3:30 and 2-2:30 on Friday's. I would need help picking him up from school and taking care of him until I get home from work and every other weekend. Dropping him off isn’t a problem I can handle that but I generally work 6am-6pm. I’m usually home by 6:30 depending on the traffic that day. My work schedule is made monthly and I work on a rotating matrix. So the days I don't work one week, I work the next week. This includes every other weekend. My schedule doesn't change unless I either request off or I pick up a shift. I also have school Mondays and Wednesdays so I would need help on one of those days each week but only for a few hours.
