Looking for someone who can help with housekeeping & babysitting as needed. I am a stay at home mom, but need someone to help with the house while errands/appointments are ran. My child is 5 and is in Kindergarten so some days pick up will be needed. Looking for someone with a good attitude and looking for just one family to help out with. Bonuses will be offered (paid vacations with us, Holiday bonus etc.) ideally, when our child is in school we would love to have house keeping done 3 times a week. Must be okay with dogs (we have 3, very friendly). Overall we want someone who will essentially be part of our own family. Currently we are in the process of building our new home and would have accommodations for someone to live in once that is built. Pay would be discussed during interview with the ability to get raises. We are also expecting a new addition March 2023. Note: We won’t be reaching out until our new home is built that way it’s a fresh start and we can go over everything!

Seeking a part time nanny for our 4m and 2 year old boys. We train horses professionally which may require a flexible schedule. This may consist of traveling to shows with us, early mornings/late nights (midst of summer we start early and get done early). If everything goes well we would consider a full time position at that point, so if you are interested in the position please be willing to go full time! We would love to have someone be part of our family and love our boys just as if they were your own! The pay will definitely be there and is negotiable! I prefer to speak to each individual to find a common ground to meet each other’s needs!!
We are a VERY easy going family but we would like this individual to be able to cook, occasional running to town for misc groceries, pick up toys and whatever else there is throughout the day. We prefer to not walk in the door to a complete disaster but we understand it gets crazy! You’re welcome to do laundry but not a requirement 🤣

-A reliable vehicle! (For commute to and from work. Working hours you could use one of our vehicles)
-CPR/first aid (not required but preferred)
-EXPERIENCE with baby’s and toddlers is a MUST.
-Would prefer to have an adult(grandmother type) but open to all!
-would LOVE to have someone fluent in Spanish. Speaking English would be nice but we know some Spanish so as long as you understand us.
