We have a 3 month old super sweetie who is extremely easy. Changing, feeding, and engaging during wake windows, along with light baby-related tasks as bottle prep and laundry, is what we are looking for. Our baby is immuno-compromised, so our nanny would have to be comfortable masking up during their care. We also have 3 cats.
A sweet grandma or confident tender type is ideal but we are not limiting anyone if you're an awesome person!

You will not have to drive anyone anywhere unless there is some sort of emergency. You will monitor the kids do their chores and assist if needed. They will also eat lunch with you. We live on a farm so the kids will play outside most of the day or do workbooks inside.
I hope to find someone who is a good fit for us but also sees us as a good fit them.
