We have a 21 months old boy who loves being around and playing with people. He enjoys playing with cars, Lego, playdoh, and loves being outdoors.
We don’t offer him much screen time until it’s absolutely necessary, which makes it a bit difficult to get stuff done around the house.
My husband’s job is very demanding giving him little time to spend with him at home. I run a small home based business, but do have some work/exhibitions from time to time - help around that time esp would be wonderful.
We don’t need childcare on a daily basis, but some days a week would be fine. Availability on some weekend nights would be a bonus.
Job responsibilities would be to be with him and help out with his meals. If he’s napping, help with some light house work would also be appreciated (of course it would also be paid for.) Pickup/drop off won’t be necessary as of now.

Ideally, I would like someone to work from 4:30 to 7:30-8pm M-Th. Caregiver would pick the child up from aftercare and work with them to clean their room, play area, help with light househouse chores with the child's help, do homework and activities, and help the child get ready for bed. Due to the loss of her mother, there are obviously going to be initial issues for the child with trust but child is very loving with people she is comfortable with and incredibly smart and creative.
