A little bit about me
My name is Sara, I am a Brooklyn-based mother, current student teacher, and nanny with over 6 years of professional experience. Being a parent myself, I deeply understand the need for reliable, compassionate, and supportive care—it's the kind I seek for my own child and the standard I provide.
I am fluent in French and happy to incorporate language learning into our time, if desired.
My Availability:
Weekday afternoons, starting around 3 PM. Weekend hrs (with adjusted rate).
My Rate Structure (Clear & Upfront):
Base Rate: $30/hour for one child. This rate is net to me ($30/hour after tax if paid on the books, or $30/hour cash).
Sibling Add-on: +$3/hour for a second child. +$5/hour total for a third child.
Weekend Premium: A base rate of $35/hour (net/cash) applies for Sat or Sun. care, with the same sibling add-ons.
I’m passionate about child development and would love to support a local family. Please message me if you're looking for a trustworthy and experienced caregiver.

A little bit about me
I am Jisela Maria Torres and I love kids! I have five younger siblings who I adore so very much! Growing up I looked after them with my mother. As I shared experiences with my siblings; teaching them, feeding, cleaning after them... it inspired me to become a teacher! A Kindergarten teacher! I love being around 5 year olds! They’re very energetic and so eager to learn new things. I feel as if no matter the age of the child I can work with him/her. I just enjoy the company of little kids. I’m 18 years old and I love being a babysitter. I’ve worked in a daycare voluntarily, I’ve worked in a city hall for two summers as an intern. I don’t go out much, love to draw, im into doing hair, I like volunteering for summer school help, and most of all I just can’t wait till I start my career as teaching my own kindergarten class.

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Brooklyn, NY
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Brooklyn, NY. Our nanny services include background checks, PLUS, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Brooklyn, NY
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
