A little bit about us

I have a 8 week old daughter, Ariella, a 2 year old son, Ayden, and a 3 year old daughter, Amira. I would need someone who can get onto Fort Liberty (Bragg) because that’s where they go to daycare at. We want a live-in nanny who has off on weekends and holidays. The kids would still go to daycare and therapy everyday so you would only be needed for pickup and drop off.

A little bit about us

I have a beautiful baby boy named Emmitt. He’s about to be 6 months old and he’s such a happy and giggly baby. Right now his only needs are bottle feedings and diaper changes, nap time and play time. He’s such a sweet boy and so well behaved, he will let you know immediately when he’s hungry but we’ve been able to get on a schedule with feedings every 3 hours and naps every 2 hours. As long as you stick to those hours in between he’ll be hanging out with you and looking to connect with play time and putting any toy in his mouth while being aware of his surroundings. I will be taking him to work with me and I would need someone to pick him up around noon and take him home until I get off and should be home around 5:30.

A little bit about us

I have a 3 month old baby girl and 3 year old boy. I am just seeking someone who can just feed/change my newborn and put her to bed after, keep an eye on my toddler for 3-4 hours during some week days while I get some work done from home. You wont need to do anything for my toddler because he’s independent and knows where to get his food/juice and he’s not a bother once he has his tablet to watch so it’s really just my newborn that would be the main focus ans she’s not a fussy baby. She really just drinks her milk, poop and sleep. You wont need to clean, cook or anything other than what I mentioned.

What is an Infant Nanny in Fayetteville, NC

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Fayetteville, NC? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
