A little bit about us

Hi my name is Isabella and I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is a physician. Josh and I have one son, Henry. We are also expecting a baby girl in November! We are relocating to Cleveland for Josh's fellowship and I am looking for a part-time nanny for Henry and new baby once she arrives. Henry will be going to school three ½ days a week, so hours and days are flexible upon hire! Henry is such a love, he is smart and adventurous! Some things he loves are cars, animals, and being outside.

We also have a very sweet and gentle Bernese Mountain Dog named Maddie- she is a registered ESA. Basic care for her will be expected (water, letting her out in the backyard for potty, etc).

A little bit about us

We are seeking a part time nanny to join our family! We currently have a live in nanny, who cares for our baby in the mornings. We are in need of a sitter to pick up our two boys (ages 2, and 4) from school in pepper pike at 1pm, and look after the boys until 5:30/6pm. We have a 5.5 year old son who arrives home at 4pm on the bus. Our boys also partake in after school sports and will need to be driven to those as well. (Gas $ will be provided for shuttling the kids). We would prefer someone who is able to cook, and would be willing to do meal prep.
Care is needed 1-6pm (some flexibility) Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays

A little bit about us

I am looking for a nanny generally [phone number hidden] days per week for a newborn expected November. Would also request picking a 7 year old up from school after 3 pm 5 days per week (negotiable). The amount I put as pay was considering my half if shared with another family. I wasn’t sure how to enter it. I do have a dog and no care is expected except to let out the sliding back door if he has to use the restroom. Light cleaning only as it relates to the kids.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Beachwood, OH

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Beachwood, OH

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Beachwood, OH? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
