A little bit about us

Hello! My name is Veonica and I have a 3 month old son named Makkah. He is a very happy baby and enjoys meeting new faces. I will be returning to work and in need of an attentive and kind nanny to care for my son while I am working. Someone who will actually entertain him and establish trust with him. I do work remotely so I will be present in the home majority of the time outside of my gym sessions and occasional appointments. My partner will be present as well at times but he travels for work often and his schedule can be unpredictable. In addition to being dedicated, I would love someone who can implement small teachings that I start with him just so he has the consistency. The job is mostly just caring for him. I dont have any housework expectations however if experienced, some light things would be super helpful.

I'll be working a 8-4 schedule M-F and will be looking for someone to care for him during those hours. Weekend availability would be great for an occasional date night of the sort but other arrangements can be made in the event you're unavailable. Our home is pet free currently.

A little bit about us

Hi,

We have two boys - a three year old William and currently 6 month old - Noah.
Both kids are healthy and do not take any medications. We do not have any allergies or diet restrictions.
We are looking to hire a PT babysitter in December when my mother in law returns abroad. The hours would be 2:30pm-7pm M-T, as my wife teaches music from our home.

No pet care, cooking, or pick up/drop off expected, just playing with kids, keeping them entertained and fed.
We have a large backyard with a lot of swings, play house with slides, soccer and basketball games. The other side of the backyard has a swimming pool, sitting area and lounge chairs with umbrellas. If you know how to swim and like to spend time in the pool during the summer it’s a big plus as our kids attend a swim lessons and the older one knows how to swim since he was 20 months old.
We live in Frisco, TX.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Frisco, TX

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Frisco, TX

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Frisco, TX? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
