A little bit about us

I am a BCBA and I work full time from home. My partner is a respiratory therapist and while his schedule is flexible, it changes each week or so and can be based on a 6 week rotation.

The nanny schedule would be a variable schedule. You would have plenty of notice to schedule your weeks and the time would would be 8-5. Let me know what you think and if this works for you.

We will need diaper changes, feeding, and napping support. I will be in home with you but I am working remote.

A little bit about us

I’m in the military and my schedule is a little back and forth!
I have a little 8 month old boy. His name is Zaiden! Care I would need is obviously to watch him at my home while I’m at work from 8-3. In can be a little flexible with hours. I have a dog so just to let him outside when he needs to go potty. I would rather have someone I can meet and that will learn how Zaiden works!

A little bit about us

we
•Starting Oct 2nd, want to secure someone now I have already had someone back out.

•My son will be 15/16 weeks old (four months).

•The first seven weeks I only need someone Monday and Tuesday 8-12 (8 hours) as I have a ramp back schedule for work before going back full time

•Monday and Tuesday typically 8-5 (16 hours) It may go an hour longer if my work load for the day is heavy although I don’t anticipate this.

•while baby naps, help with bottle washing and maybe if comfortable letting the furry children into the backyard i do all laundry and room stocking etc no need for you to worry about those things. Hoping for sensory play during wake windows etc

•I work from home in a high touchpoint role so I do not get much time where I am not on camera or on the phone.

•Reliable transportation. For emergencies etc

•Has references that can be shared with us

•CPR certified preferred

•About our household - I work from home and my husband commutes to site. we have two medium dogs (beagles). You must be ok interacting with dogs.

Please send me your rates and experience along with any requirements you have as well.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in New Braunfels, TX

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in New Braunfels, TX

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in New Braunfels, TX? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
