We have a new baby arriving in March and are looking for help with both the baby once returning to work in June/July and our 3 year old daughter.
In August the 3 year old will be at preschool 3 days a week, so we are looking for full time with the new born and toddler 2 days a week (mon & fri 8am-5pm) and just the newborn 1-2 of the other days part time. Flexible on what that looks like.
Would be responsible for just child care needs--feeding, toy clean up, etc. Potentially would need pick up help some days with toddler.

I will be returning to work in early March which is why we need to hire a nanny at this time. As noted above we will have my mother in law watching Coop for 2/5 days of the work week so we need coverage for the other 3.
