Hello! My fiance and I both work from home. She is a healthcare recruiter and I am a regional sales manager. We do travel on a frequent basis. Our children are truly two of the most well behaved kids you will meet. Our son often entertains himself with his train table, running outdoors kicking the soccer ball, and or calmly sitting while he has a snack. Our daughter is still in the newborn stages where she does spend the majority of the day napping, however when she is awake she is extremely pleasant! (We have been told she is the most "smiley" baby people have ever met!) With us at home, our theory is to not be overbearing, but neither of us care for the idea of sending the kids to daycare when we have the ability to stay under the same roof with them. Right now their grandmother watches them during the day, however she is returning to work and will no longer be able to do it on a full time basis. Ideally, we are looking for someone (potentially) three days a week. MWF or variations of three week days that fit your schedule. We are extremely flexible, and although our house is not massive, it is over 2,200 sq ft allowing us to not feel on top of each other as we go about our work days.
