A little bit about us

I work in roane county, Monday through Friday. 9-5 everyday. I need someone who is willing to not only watch my child but also play with her and occasionally take to a park. And just because she is my baby I will want pictures and updates(I won't be able to respond fast). And most importantly someone who can follow the boundaries I set in place.

A little bit about us

Hello! I have a 3 month old daughter named Trait. She was a surprise baby! I didn’t know I was pregnant! She is our little love and just the sweetest baby. Anyways, I would need someone Monday-Friday from 5am-12pm. My husband and I both work early shift in the morning. I work in a dermatology lab and work from 3am-11:30am. And my husband is a mechanic and works from 6am-5pm. Your responsibilities would just be to take care of our daughter. I wouldn’t need any housework done. If anything would be to take my dog outside to use the bathroom.

A little bit about us

Looking for the future as I’m expecting my 2nd baby. I mostly need overnight care for when the baby gets here. My husband works a lot and won’t be able to take off for too long. I will be having a C-section so looking for a nanny for M-F and 10pm-6am. This will be roughly for about 3-4 weeks until I’m healed from my C-section. I’m really laid back and you’re welcome to sleep when the newborn sleeps. We have a toddler and so I just need the care for at night so I can sleep when she sleeps. Will provide the pumped breast milk bottles, and diapers, wipes. All I ask is you clean the bottles before the end of your shift. The living room will be your area with his bassinet and you can watch tv or help yourself to anything to drink/eat during your shift.

What is an Infant Nanny in Harriman, TN

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Harriman, TN? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
