Looking for someone to care for a 2 year old and 5 month old child. We have 2 small dogs as well that need minimal care (only let out to backyard 1-2 times daily) if I’m not home. We will only need help Tuesday-Fridays for 7-9 hours a day. Bilingual and help with potty training is a plus. Light chores could be kids laundry weekly, kids dishes and tidying play area but I am flexible. Would love someone to be active with the kids and go for walks or play in backyard.

I have a 2 year old son and I am expecting a baby girl on August 13th. We are looking for someone that can start in mid to late June and watch our son, take him for walks and to the park. Feed him snacks and lunch and put him down for his afternoon nap. He is very active and intelligent and is ready to start potty training. Once our babybis born then we would need her watched as well. I work full time and my husband mostly works from home at this time. Hours would be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

My sweet son, Tate, is 15 weeks old and is a DOLL baby! I work from home full time but am needing someone to care for him during the day while I am working. We have a park nearby, stroller for walks, and a car seat for adventures. I am looking for someone CPR certified, has experience with infants, and has a love for caring for children. We are looking for someone who really fits into our family well and can become an additional part of the crew. My twin sister is also pregnant and is due in February so we will potentially add another little baby to the deal and pay extra to have you watch two kiddos at one house. If you feel you are a good fit, I am really looking forward to hearing from you :)

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Aubrey, TX

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Aubrey, TX

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Aubrey, TX? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
