A little bit about us

We have two children, a 9 year old and a newborn. Mom is a stay at home mom who homeschools so we are looking for a full time nanny during the week to assist with the infant, some house work and meal prep, to free up mom to continue doing homeschool for our older child. Dad works from home as well so both parents will always be home to assist if needed and should make the job much easier overall.

We are a very loving, caring and friendly family and have one dog as well so we prefer people who are pet friendly.

We are only looking to have a full time nanny for the next two - three months while we transition into our own routines and new schedules.

We are flexible on hours and days of the week to help fit everyone’s schedule as well.

A little bit about us

Hi, My name is Zavada I’m searching for a sitter to help out. My son is two months old super adorable but can be fussy at times. His pediatrician has told me he’s just a gassy child, and that could be the cause. I’m not really sure but I do know you will need a little bit more patience with him.

A little bit about us

Hello! My name is Amber, my husband is Xavier, and our little one is Luca. We love to be outside and are very active. Luca also has a half sister who is 10, but she won’t need any care!
Luca is beginning to walk, loves to move around, and really enjoys being outside watching the airplanes. He is napping twice a day right now, and is exclusively breast fed.
We will need someone to care for Luca while I’m at work. My center is only about 10 minutes away, and I will need someone to bring Luca to me daily around lunchtime so he can feed. We will also need some light laundry done for Luca during the day.
We do need someone with a flexible schedule as my schedule varies from 9-5 and 8-4, with occasional 8-3 or 9-4 days during the week. We’re willing to pay a flat rate for the week, and to create a schedule on a weekly basis.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Euless, TX

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Euless, TX

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Euless, TX? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
