We're seeking another family in NW Seattle (north of downtown, west of I-5) to join our full-time nanny share starting ASAP in March or April 2024. Hours: Full-time (M-F, 8-4 but can flex hours to suit both families needs)

Location: At our home in Ballard, but open to co-hosting or your family hosting. (Note: We are kicking off a house remodel and will be renting a home in Phinney starting in May.)

We have 2 dogs- Murphy, a 15 yr old australian shepherd & Winnie Cooper, a 2 yr old mini aussiedoodle. Murphy will be present in our home during the day.
What we're looking for in a family: Child of similar age, family members fully vaccinated, and open/direct communicators. We'd like a family who shares our desire for the nanny to use the positive parenting style, create a bilingual environment, and infuse the Montessori approach when structuring the children's day.
