A little bit about me

I started babysitting when I was 10 and started nanny when I was 14. I have around 16 years of experience working with children and have worked in serveral schools, as well as nanny for several families. I love being out doors, doing art, cooking and baking, and having fun! I love working with children and believe it is my calling. I also have a year old daughter who loves people and would be coming with me to work. She is easy going and love animals also!

"Lexi worked for us for almost a year to watch our 1.5/2 year old. During this time she was a live in nanny and worked for us full time. I would highly recommend Lexi to watch your children. It’s hard to find good, reliable child care and Lexi is a gem! She was always reliable and showed up on time. Lexi is very flexible and listened to input on what we needed for our son. She spent her time playing with him and teaching him, not on her phone. Lexi taught him both life skills and manners such as how to eat at a restaurant or pick up after himself. She also read to him and taught him pre-k skills such as colors. Lexi is great with kids and you can tell she loves them and is attentive to them; she’s also firm if needed. She would take him out to the park or playdates and I always felt safe with her driving him. Plus, she always let me know where they were going to be and kept me updated. My son was always so excited to see her. He even now asks about her and we still keep in touch."

"Emily was our summer nanny in 2021 while she was home from college, caring for our 3yo and 6yo. She was very communicative with me, letting me know if she was ever running late, needed to leave early, or was unwell. She played really well with both kids, spending time individually with each doing what they loved, and found activities that both would enjoy. She is very patient and kind, and did an awesome job keeping bickering to a minimum (which is no easy task with my 2). Emily is very responsible, paying attention to the kids' safety and reporting anything that she was concerned about with either child. I would hire her again without a second thought."

A little bit about me

Hi!! My name is Lindsey and I’m looking for a loving family to nanny for while I stay in Hawaii! I’ve been nannying/babysitting consistently for ages 0-10 for the last 7 years, both through my church and private families. I absolutely love children and I want nothing more than to make a positive impact on both the child’s life and the parents. I grew up on a farm with two sisters where I cared for a handful of animals including horses, cattle, pigs, and chickens. I love the outdoors and being active (I ran cross country in high school and am still running to this day!). I’m overjoyed to help out in any way I can around your home! I’m eager to start this new chapter and I can’t wait to meet you and your family!
