A little bit about us
My boys are 8, 9, & 10 years old. All 3 of my boys are autistic but manage daily activities on their own just fine. My oldest was diagnosed 34% autistic and my youngest 32% but you would not be able to tell unless they are stimming. My middle son did not have an autistic test done due to his mom not wanting to get him tested. My boys go to Barberhills school and really not a handful once you get to know them. My oldest is a candy fanatic so his sugar intake is limited, my youngest do not eat any type of cakes, pies, donuts or any baked goods besides cookies. He also enjoys gummy candy as do my other 2 boys. My middle son is the eater and do not order off the children’s menu. He’s willing to try a food but my other 2 are picky eaters.
Please note that I am looking for someone who’s interested in a long term position. I would possible need a nanny until my middle son turns 13 years old or my oldest turns 13 years old based on the behavior of my oldest since he is more autistic than his brothers.

- What are your expectations around the cleanliness and tidiness of my living quarters?
- What level of privacy can I expect after hours?
- Will I have a curfew in the evenings when I am in charge of the kids the next day?
- Can I have guests over during my days off and only with the employers prior agreement? Am I allowed guests overnight?
Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative.
