A little bit about us
We are a family of 4 with an 18 month old boy and a 10 week old boy.. We are looking for care primarily for our infant while our toddler is in day care. The hours and days are flexible but we’re looking for around 30 hours a week from Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include caring for baby; feeding, changing, engaging, developmental play, children’s laundry and children’s dishes. On occasion we may need help with our toddler as well and will compensate accordingly if you have both children. Some days we may ask you to pick up our toddler from day care or take him to an activity while mom has the infant. Mom works from the home but will use this time to run errands, clean the house, work, and will be mostly out of your way. Looking forward to connecting!

A little bit about us
I work 2 nights a week on an alternating schedule. One week I work Monday and Tues night and the following week I work wed and Thurs night. During those nights my husband has his hands full with all the kids and household tasks, so we are primarily looking for help from about 5:30p to 9p on the nights I work. Duties would include helping with homework, active engagement with the kids, bed time routine (bathing, book time), then light clean up. Vast majority of the time my husband will be at home as well preparing dinner for the kids, but on a rare occasion he may need to step away while you are sitting.
We are looking for someone with consistent availability, reliable, good communication, experience with very active kids and ability to handle homework and educational activities.
Lastly we have a sitter currently that we pay a flat rate to come for these times, However she has a conflicting schedule now. We pay her $85 per evening which is pay from arrival time until the she gets the kids down to bed around 830p. We are open to varying the pay structure if needed. Thanks!
