A little bit about us

Looking for someone to live-in with our older special needs teen who attends a 5-day a week full day school program.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience with developmentally delayed teens and are patient, empathic and have a positive outlook on life.

Our son needs prompting for getting himself ready for school and to make sure he takes his medications. He also needs someone who can accompany him to doctor's appointments, errands, shopping and leisure activities. He is very responsive to clear boundaries and rules enforced in a strong but loving manner. Other duties include light housekeeping and preparing simple meals.
