A little bit about us

Hello! We are looking to find a full-time nanny share for our 4 month old son Oliver. He is our first, and we have absolutely loved spending these first months with him, but now mom and dad must return to their other jobs by the end of March '22. Days needed for nanny are Mon - Fri, ideally from ~8am - 4pm but those hours could have slight flexibility. We also have an 8 year old Cocker Spaniel dog who is calm, friendly, and should mind his own business (dad works from home most days so he can walk/feed as needed). Oliver has latino heritage, so we'd love for his nanny to be bilingual (english/spanish) to help us instill both languages in his daily life. We're hopeful to find a wonderful nanny and nanny-share-family for Oliver with whom he can share his newfound love of plants, ceiling fans, music, and cuddles.

A little bit about us

We’re looking for a live-in nanny to help us care for our daughter who turns two in January.

Our daughter: She has a big personality; assertive and strong-willed, but also has a calm, curious side. She loves to explore and figure out how things work. She excels at all physical activities and will take calculated risks on big kid toys.

The role: we’re looking for a full-time nanny (preferably live-in) who is caring, engaged and aligns with our gentle parenting approach. Being in tune with our daughter is our top priority, but we’d also like for our nanny to help with light chores around the house, and keeping our daughter’s toys and room organized and laundry done. We view our nanny as a teammate and hope you’d be proactive to find ways to be helpful.

Our space: We live in a 3-story home that overlooks downtown Austin. We’re within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and parks. You’d have your own room and bathroom.
