She's in daycare fulltime. I'm primarily looking for a sitter who can be available for overnight care 1 or 2 weeks a month (due to my work travel).
There's no strict schedule unless that's needed for you and we can agree upon one.
Care would include pickups from daycare on weekdays after 5pm and drop-offs at daycare between 7:30am-9am.
There may also be occasional travel with her to special appointments such as swimming class, dance class, or other recreational activities.
Essentially I would just like to find a "go-to" regular sitter that my daughter can get to know and develop a relationship with for my various care needs, rather than scheduling her care with a "stranger" every time it's needed.
We have a tiny yorkie. It's a major bonus if you like dogs and/or are able to watch him as well. He's super sweet and friendly.
Bilingual is also a major plus.

We're hoping to find someone who wants 20 hours of work a week but has some flexibility to switch up the schedule when possible. Ideally, we'd have someone for a half day one day a week and 9-5 two other days as the base schedule.
We're looking for a nanny with experience with and a natural love of infant development, but also someone with the energy and composure to win over an energetic and spirited 3-year-old, giving him equal attention and love when he's around.
We'd like to find someone who can become a fixture in our kids' lives and stay with us for quite a while! We'll be needing a nanny until at least August 2025 when the little one starts preschool.
Requirements: CPR training, non smoker, up to date on all vaccines, and comfortable with a nutty but lovable Jack Russeell mutt rescue dog.
