Looking for someone ideally looking
for a long term position who will become like another member of our family. Also looking for someone who ideally has experience with ADHD or similar behaviors and implementing strong routine, consistency, rewards systems, and positive, firm, communicative discipline. Kids are smart, funny, kind, creative and active, and also require someone with high energy, patience, firmness, strong and clear communication, and redirection skills. Son loves baseball and soccer. Daughter loves gymnastics and dancing, singing.
Mom is a psychologist and currently works from home.
Mondays-Wednesdays 2-8:30pm
Fridays 2-7pm
More hours can be made available for the right fit if needing full time. And while we’re looking for live-out, a live-in position may be made available for someone who is the perfect fit for our family.
Car required for school pick ups in playa vista. We live in North Redondo.

We are looking for someone who has:
Strong childcare experience & strong references required. Must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from our home. Is punctual and has the flexibility to start as early as needed or stay later with advance notice or to help occasionally for date nights.
Seeking a PUNCTUAL (absolute must), strong work ethic, no cellphone usage while working (except in emergencies) emotionally and mentally stable, patient, responsible, organized, HONEST and PROACTIVE individual to:
1) lovingly attend to our 5yr old son. Get him ready for school, walk him to and from school (school is around the corner), give him a bath immediately after school, prepare/cook his breakfast and lunches, attend to keeping his areas and laundry clean and organized. He is at preschool daily from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, and naps from 2pm to 4pm (naps getting shorter).
2) keep things organized and clean (cleaning: keeping kitchen clean after using, keeping our son’s room, play areas and bathroom organized/dusted, doing HIS laundry ) **we have HOUSEKEEPING TO deep cleans weekly **
Interview process will consist of: 1) telephone Interview ; 2) Reference checks; 3) in person/video interview; 4) Background check/reference check; 5) Review of vaccination records (standard vaccinations) and COVID test/vaccination
