I would like to interview you prior.
This job will be at least 12hours weekly (10am-2pm).
I will be running a business from the house with my newborn son with me. I would need help to do general housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, etc)and assisting with my 5-month-old son. I will be around most of the time and be hands on with my son, so you won’t just be taking care of him. I will go to the gym among these hours where you will watch him while I am away.
You need to be comfortable handling and taking care of my son periodically among these chores. This is a very important role to us.

We have a bit of a unique living situation. Currently Grandpa and Grandma do live here, but they are not able to keep up with and take care of her during the day like we would need. This means that they would be home most of the day and our daughter will constantly interact with them. I want to make sure you are comfortable with that as I know it's a unique situation.
Lastly, we are also going to begin Potty training our daughter and must have someone who can reinforce our methods.
