Major bonus if you speak Punjabi fluently and have experience with Montessori-style teaching.

We need somebody to help run the household with light cooking/cleaning along with feeding, playing, and school pickup/dropoff.

We want to embody montessori-style living for my daughter to spur her curiosity and independence. She is very verbal/conversational, calm, and affectionate.

Looking for a nanny to help especially in the mornings, but preferably with availability for full time.

A little bit about us

Hello! I have a little girl, whom we will need care for starting in August for part time care. She will be 5 months old then, and we're looking for someone who can provide fun sensory play activities, age appropriate outings and hang out with her in either our home, or someone else's home during the day while my husband and I are at work.
We'd like to start with part time care, and eventually (starting right after the new year) transition to full time care (40 hours) per week.

A little bit about us

We are a fun loving family in Union City who loves broadway musicals, being outdoors, and pets. We need care for our 4 year old son Oliver. Oliver's current nanny is leaving on May 23rd and we would love the new nanny to shadow her for a day if possible to help ease the transistion. Oliver is fun, loving and super sweet. He loves nintendo (especially Luigi), windsheild wipes, and imagnitive play. He loves going on walks every day and can walk 1-2 miles non stop. The ideal nanny would be available beginning the week of May 20th and would be flexible, and willing to follow postive parenting techniques and active learning. We are waiting to hear about summer school. If accepted care would be from May 23 - August 9th from 10:30am - 5:00 with a 2 hour unpaid or reduced pay nap break. If not, then hours would be 8:30am - 5:00pm. In August he will be entering an inclusion classroom and hours would be pick up at 2:00pm (so 1:30 starting time) til 5 or 5:30pm. Optional take to school from 7:15-8:15 if wanting 5 extra hours a week. We have a 15 year old in the house, 2 dogs, and a bearded dragon. Light housekeeping daily - load and unload dishwasher, vacuum playroom living room once a week, wipe counters, wash oliver's clothes 1 time a week, and rotate his toys weekly.
Would love to chat and see if we can be a good fit.
