Hi!

We are looking for a kind and experienced nanny for our infant daughter starting July 23rd, she will be 5.5 months old. My husband and I work from home and have two small dogs which you will not be responsible for (they roam the house so must be comfortable with silly dogs!)

This flexible position will be 3-4 days a week from [phone number hidden].

Requirements:
- Infant childcare with a focus on childhood development milestones and learning.
- Maintain sleep/eating schedules.
* We can advise and help with the eating schedules as I'm still nursing and pumping.
* Contact naps are appreciated. 🙂
- Nonsmokers only.
- Vaccinated and current CPR certification.
- Limited phone/device usage while caring for our daughter.
- Must be ok with cameras in the house.

A little bit about us

I need care Tuesdays-thursdays 11am-5:30pm and Fridays 8-4:30. I may need additional care some Mondays. Care would be for my son and occasionally for my daughter when school is out. Once school is over i will need Monday-Friday care for both children. My son is autistic but very high functioning. Basically his routine is he comes home from school, then has lunch a nap and plays till I get off work. He is very fun and bright. He loves animals and dinosaurs. He has some sensitivities when routine changes and issues with food. I will have everything ready so no worries about that. Whoever is selected for this position will need to apply to premier as the San Diego Regional center will be assisting me with compensating his new nanny. I have been told they pay great rates and i only said 18 an jour as a general number. They probably go higher. Someone with experience with special needs kids and understating is needed.

A little bit about us

Our little man just turned 3 months old and looking for part time care for him. Open to 2-3 days and likely Wed/Thu/Fri. Hours would be 8-4:30.

We would like to have developmental activities and lots of outdoor time (we live near a park) during his wake time. Would be coming to our place.

We’re also very open to a nanny share situation and traveling to someone else’s house as my husband and I both work from home and our place isn’t very big.
