He is usually gone on average about 2 weeks out of the month, but it changes all the time. I will be working in the city and might have some late nights.
Ideally we would be at our house in case I am late, but we are open to going to someone else's house if they are okay with them staying sometimes past 5.
The kids are 8 and 5, well-behaved, no allergies. They love to play outside (no electronics or phones). We are also adopting a 3 year old, so a Spanish speaking nanny is a plus.
We just need help when we are both working!

Hi! We’re looking for a reliable, trainable, and kind-hearted cisgender female caregiver to join our family on weekends—with the option to add more hours during the week if it’s a good fit.
We have a loving 4-year-old on the autism spectrum (not potty trained) who needs hands-on care, including diaper changes and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We also have a 17-year-old who is mostly independent but may need light supervision or check-ins. Structure and routine are very important in our home to reduce overwhelm and emotional dysregulation.
🚫 Absolutely no physical punishment—this is non-negotiable.
⸻
✅ Must-Have:
• Valid driver’s license & insured, reliable vehicle
• Willingness to learn and follow household routines
• Comfortable asking questions if unsure
• No smoking on the job or arriving smelling like cigarettes
(If you vape/smoke outside of work, clean clothes and washed hands are required before arriving)
⸻
💡 Preferred but Not Required:
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Experience with autism or special needs
• Bilingual (Spanish or ASL a plus)
⸻
💰 Pay & Hours:
• Starting at $17/hour, with room to grow
• Pay increases available with relevant certifications or training (e.g., CPR, ASL, autism workshops)
• Located in Colorado Springs
• Weekend shifts to start, with the possibility of adding weekday hours
⸻
We’re a fun, quirky, real-life family looking for someone long-term who can become part of our rhythm. If you’re emotionally grounded, open to learning, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
