We have twin boys who will be 2.5 years old at the time of the start date, and we’re expecting our third baby in January 2026. Mom works from home (primarily upstairs in a home office with occasional time downstairs), and we’re looking for someone who can support our family’s rhythm during this exciting transition.
Position Details:
• Initial Schedule:
Tuesdays – Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(January–April 2026)
• Schedule Expansion:
Potential to transition to a full-time role (Monday–Friday) starting April 2026, as mom returns to work full-time.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with and care for our twin toddlers through age-appropriate activities, meals/snacks, and play.
• Assist with newborn care as needed (mom will be on maternity leave initially).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children.
• Light household support related to the children (tidying play areas, dishes, etc.).
• Communicate openly with parents throughout the day as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
• Has prior experience with toddlers and infants.
• Is warm, patient, and reliable.
• Is comfortable working in a home where a parent is present.
• Is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
• Has reliable transportation and can commit to the schedule.
• Military-friendly mindset or experience with military families is a plus, but not required.
• Certified or willing to become certified with the Child Care in Your Home (CCIYH) program through the military.

I'm a mom of three ages 6, 7, and 11 months currently looking for a caring and responsible part-time nanny to help with my 11 month old while my husband works from home. The candidate must be comfortable with undergoing an extensive background check.
The position is for 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience with kids from infants to toddler aged, must be comfortable with light baby-related tasks (such as feeding, changing, and playtime), and be reliable. While we will be working from home, I need someone who can provide attentive care and help create a nurturing environment for my baby. The days of the week would be Wednesday and Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm We are a pretty easy-going family and looking for someone who would become more like family to us rather than an employee. We are also looking for someone who can do occasional date nights on the weekend, which includes all three of the kids. If you’re kind, patient, and looking for a part-time role, I’d love to hear from you!
Also you must be comfortable with pets as we have a two-year old doodle.

Hi! I’m Ash, a parent seeking a reliable, mature, and communicative nanny/household assistant for my developmentally delayed toddler. This is a long-term position (2+ years) with growth potential for the right person.
The role begins as a home assistant position. The main focus will be on household support tasks—dishes, laundry, light cleaning, meal prep, and help with errands—while I handle direct caregiving. Over time, responsibilities will expand to hands-on support with my son.
I will always be nearby and available for guidance, but I need someone who can take initiative, use common sense, and doesn’t require micromanagement. Diapering is not required, but strong communication is—especially in identifying when my son needs a change or extra support.
This position is ideal for someone who:
• Is over the age of 18
• Has experience with developmentally delayed or special needs children
• Can pass a background check, driver’s license check, and drug screening (Colorado-legal cannabis is fine, but no use before or during work; no tobacco use before or during shifts)
• Does not bring children to work
• Has their own reliable transportation and is open to assisting with errands
• Is willing and able to travel occasionally for local and out-of-state trips
• Understands that working hours are for being present, proactive, and supportive—not for personal schoolwork or downtime
I also have a friendly dog and a busy household, so flexibility, maturity, and emotional intelligence are key.
